Brand new overview from 2019 of existing research on bright lamps in Parkinson’s presents very optimistic data. We only have four quality studies systematically assessing efficacy of bright light therapy (BLT) available, but the results we have so far are positive.
We know that bright light therapy works for seasonal depression, but with the non-seasonal one, results are still not conclusive, researchers from Cambridge said in 2016. And offered the conclusion by calculating the total effect across all available studies.
